Catholic Church Appoints First Black U.S. Cardinal

The fight for #equalrights continues in the world's workplaces. Today, in an historic appointment, the Catholic Church has appointed its first black U.S. prelate to be named cardinal. The Catholic Church is not unlike other employers, as it strives to provide a discrimination- and harassment-free workplace for its employees. In the United States of America under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended, it is illegal for an #employer to #discriminate against an #employee based on that employee's #race#color#nationalorigin#sex, or #religion. If you believe that you have been discriminated against because of your race, color or national origin, you may need to take action to #protectyourrights. Allow us to help you with this process.
